NurtureMe provides a “place to be heard” where you can talk through things that you are finding difficult or might be causing emotional upset. This one-to-one, very affordable hour-long service is a step before considering counselling. Our wellbeing facilitator can help you process your thinking using stress reduction strategies and deep listening to find greater clarity within yourself and possible ways forward.
